Outsourced product development services firm Indecomm Digital has changed its name to Encora, bringing together two of its subsidiaries, Nearsoft and Söoryen Technologies, under a single umbrella.
The Scottsdale, Arizona-based company, backed by private equity firm Warburg Pincus, says the move will pave the way for better leveraging both talent and technological capabilities.
