Encora Recognized as One of ET NOW's Best Organizations for Women 2025

The recognition highlights Encora’s commitment to building a diverse, inclusive, and empowering workplace for women.

Santa Clara, CA, March 28, 2025 – Encora, a global digital engineering services company, announced that it has been honored as one of the Best Organizations for Women 2025, by ET NOW. This prestigious recognition highlights the organization's steadfast commitment to creating an inclusive workplace where women thrive, excel, and lead.

The ET NOW Best Organizations for Women Summit, hosted on March 21, 2025, at the Sahara Star in Mumbai, celebrated companies that have established new benchmarks for diversity, equity, and inclusion. The summit convened industry leaders, government policymakers, and advocates to explore innovative approaches for advancing women across professional domains.

The event honored trailblazing companies setting the standard for creating empowering workplaces where women professionals can have thriving careers, free from bias or limitations. Encora’s recognition as one of ET NOW’s Best Organizations for Women 2025 followed a rigorous multi-stage evaluation process under which organizations were assessed across key criteria including the percentage of women in the workforce, representation on the board of directors, implementation of POSH policies, learning and development opportunities, women empowerment programs, DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices, and employer brand perception.

Speaking on the topic, Anitha Sarathy, Head of People & Culture, India, said:

“Inclusion in ET NOW ‘s Best Organization for Women 2025 list is a testament to our ongoing and intentional efforts to build a diverse and inclusive workplace. At Encora, we understand that different perspectives drive exceptional outcomes for our clients and create an environment where our people can do their best work. We remain dedicated to advancing gender equity through meaningful programs and policies that empower women to grow and lead.”
