Encora Employees Recognized the Company as Having One of the Top-Rated Workplace Cultures and Brightest Futures Among Large Global Companies
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., June 8, 2023 – Encora, a global next-gen product engineering provider, has been recognized as one of the top 25 companies in the 2023 Comparably Awards for Best Global Culture and Best Company Outlook. The awards are based on anonymous employee feedback from a comprehensive survey, reflecting the direct experiences of Encora employees around the world. Encora is joined in the ranking by prestigious technology organizations, such as Google, Microsoft, Adobe, and ADP.
“What makes Encora's company culture stand out is its unwavering commitment to the incredible people who drive this business forward – our valued employees,” said Melissa Ribeiro, Chief People Officer, Encora. “Encora’s talented teams comprise driven individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding services and competitive solutions for our clients. Our exceptional rankings serve as a testament to the high caliber of our global teams, and we couldn’t be prouder of the workplace culture they have inspired.”
In the 2023 Comparably Awards, anonymous employee surveys conducted between February 2022 and February 2023 were used to rank 50 companies for the Best Global Culture category and 100 companies in the Best Company Outlook category. Best Global Culture ratings were based on nearly 20 different workplace culture categories, including leadership, work-life balance, professional development opportunities, and benefits.
Encora has achieved significant improvements in the 2023 Comparably Awards program, going from being ranked 44th to 16th in the Best Global Culture category and going from 32nd to 21st in the Best Company Outlook category. The sentiment ratings were based on anonymous feedback from current employees, who rated their confidence in the company's future success, excitement about going to work, and likelihood of recommending the company to a friend. Encora's focus on key company culture initiatives such as DEI, leadership, and professional development programs contributed to these advancements.
Employees described Encora’s company culture as one “that prioritizes the wellbeing of employees and offers support at all levels within the organization” and are hopeful for the company’s future given its strong leadership. “The leadership team has a progressive plan to take the company in the future as technology unravels itself. The future of Encora looks very bright!”

About Comparably Awards
Comparably Awards is an annual series launched in late 2017 highlighting the best CEOs and places to work by those who know best – employees. Based solely on sentiment feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com, workers answer structured questions (in yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, and multiple-choice formats) spanning 16 different workplace topics, from compensation, perks, and benefits to work-life balance, career growth, and leadership. Each answer is then given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size. The final data set of winners are compiled from over 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies within a 12-month period.
